The Opportunity - Reporting to the Board of Directors and supported by a 6-member senior leadership team, the Executive Director will steward the vision, mission and guiding principles of the Halton Children’s Aid Society, providing leadership and oversight for 150 staff and a $23 Million operating budget while upholding the Society’s values of wellness, empowerment, diversity and equity, integrity and accountability.
