Are you well‐organized? Do you like to be involved in fun and rewarding special events and fundraisers? If so, consider joining our special events team. We count on volunteers to help organize the fundraising events held each year by the Children’s Aid Foundation of Halton.
Volunteers ensure the success of our golf tournaments, diversity day activities, racquet club events, dragon boat races and, most importantly, our annual Stardust Gala.
The Children’s Aid Foundation of Halton provides the important quality of life money we need for bursaries, camps, education programs and seasonal gifts for children and youth in care.
Promotion and Publicity Volunteers
Occasionally we need volunteers to promote the Halton Children’s Aid Society through displays at fairs or malls and other events. We ask volunteers to distribute information leaflets about fostering, adopting, volunteering, fundraising events and awareness campaigns.
