Foster Family Week – October 15-21, 2017

Foster Family Week highlights the critical role foster families play in the safety and well-being of children and youth. When children and youth cannot remain at home due to safety concerns, the preferred option is to place them with their immediate or extended family, or a member of their community. If that is not possible, foster care may be the best alternative.
